About Terrell Herring
Pharmaceutical executive and marketing leader Terrell Herring has always balanced his professional life with volunteer and charitable work, leisure activities, and time with family. As President of Commercial Operations at Mission Pharmacal Company in San Antonio, Mr. Herring has nearly a quarter-century of training, sales, management, and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Terrell Herring's volunteer activities have centered on mentoring youth and potential leaders in business and the community. A longtime supporter of the nonprofit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Mr. Herring first got involved with the organization in the mid-1990s in Atlanta. He went on to become a board member; in 2007, the Hunterdon & Somerset Counties Gala Dinner honored him for his work on the organization's behalf. Terrell Herring has also volunteered for Kirkwood Camp and a yearly youth mission trip.
As a reader, Terrell Herring focuses on histories and biographies. In fact, he wrote a book that combined his interests in history and leadership, entitled Marching Orders for Leadership Success: Inspired by My Hero Stonewall Jackson. AuthorHouse published the book in 2007. Mr. Herring continues to sit on the Board of Directors for inVentiv Health, the company he served in various capacities from 1999 to 2010. The Advisory Board for Archway Marketing Services, Inc., also benefits from Terrell Herring's presence.
The owner of a vintage 1970 Corvette, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and a Cobalt powerboat, Terrell Herring enjoys all kinds of fast vehicles. He lives with his wife, Kate, and his son and daughter in New Hope, Pennsylvania.
